Most people suffer from back, shoulder and knee pain, arthritis and other physical ailments as a way of life or growing older. Oftentimes, through subtle and specific joint mobilization and muscular stabilization, we can create big improvements in the way you move and thereby increase your quality of life. Consider how often you need to align your car tires to maintain balance and efficiency. It’s the same with your muscles and joints. If you don’t go in for “quarterly tune-ups” misalignment can create a cycle of joint and muscle stiffness. These cycles of stiffness cause your body to move with less and less efficiency. There is no reason to live and suffer in pain.
